The Role

JumpSquat Marketing LLC is hiring automation specialists to build, maintain, and optimize workflow automations across multiple platforms. The primary build environment is n8n, with additional work in Make.com, Google Apps Script, and Google Sheets automation. This is a deliverable-based independent contractor role — no set hours, no micromanagement, just clean builds that pass acceptance.

What This Looks Like Day-to-Day

You receive automation briefs from Leo specifying the trigger, desired output, APIs/services involved, success criteria, and assigned tier (standard or lite). You build it, test it, document it, submit it. If it passes the 8-point acceptance checklist, you get paid. If it needs revision, you get one round included. The incentive structure rewards getting it right the first time.

What We Provide

Access to the n8n and/or Make.com workspace(s)
Clear automation briefs for each build
Timely reviewer sign-off (within 48 hours)
Dedicated communication channel (Slack or equivalent)

What We Expect

Automations built to the acceptance checklist standard
Proactive communication when blocked or delayed
Responsive maintenance within the SLA window
Honesty about capacity — say so early rather than rushing
